Deposit
When making your booking we request one night’s accommodation as a deposit. If you fail to take advantage of your booking your deposit is non-refundable. Receipt of your deposit will signify that you agree to our terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy
We offer a full refund up to 21 days before your arrival date. If the cancellation is within 21 days and we are unable to re-book your room your deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation occurs within seven days of your arrival date then the full price of your stay will be charged, although we will discount any nights that we are able to re-book your room for.
